FAQs

When will you be back?

Not at the moment. Given how unpredictable the US shipping situation currently is, we want to ship every order as soon as we're able to, rather than holding any back. Once we're open again, we can't guarantee how long that window will stay open, so we're prioritizing getting orders out quickly rather than offering delayed delivery for now.

We're in the early days of our US relaunch, so expect approximately two weeks for delivery. We're running tests and will keep improving from there. If you have a specific date in mind (a birthday, the holidays) just send us a note when you order and we'll do our best to make it work.

The code can be combined with products that are already on sale. It cannot be combined with another discount code or referral codes, and it doesn't apply to our Zero Waste or Almost New products.

While we don't offer returns, our team provides excellent customer service for any questions or concerns. Our covers come with a limited lifetime warranty, and all our products are backed by a warranty on materials and craftsmanship, so you can shop with confidence.
