What is Lifetime warranty ?
We are proud of our local craftsmanship. Controlling each step of the production process from cutting to shipping gives us complete confidence in the high quality of our manufacturing, and we want our customers to feel the same trust. Should you ever have an issue with your products, please reach our customer service department (service@gococonut.ca) and we will be there to assist you throughout its lifetime. Whether you are the first, second or third owners, we have you covered.
Please note this warranty only covers the manufacturing of our covers. It does not cover the foam, the fabric and zipper’s normal wear and tear nor accidental damage such as tears in the fabric or esthetic damages made with crayons, markers or any other similar component unrelated to the Coconut. Should you ever find yourself in such a situation, we will always be happy to service your covers for a reasonable charge.

Full replacement for the first 30 days.
After unboxing your Coconut product, please run a quick inspection of your item. While problems are exceptionally rare as we inspect each Coconut mere moments before shipping them to you, a small detail could have been missed, or something might have happened during transport. In the event of a concern of any kind during the first 30 days, we will replace your problematic covers with a new one entirely free of charge. Shipping labels will be added to your replacement cover for you to return the damaged ones back to us.
Repairs at zero costs during the first year.
Once the first 30 days have passed, any issue with your covers will be repaired by our professional team of seamstresses and returned to you like new. Once we have confirmed the nature of the damage with pictures, you will receive shipping labels to return the covers to us by mail. The repair will be complete within 48 hours of the covers being received and returned to you immediately afterwards.
Repairs will be on us forever onwards!
Even if it is normal for the likelihood of problems to increase with usage and time, we still feel confident our craftsmanship will last forever. Should manufacturing issues ever be a concern, rest assured your repairs will be done for free. Simply send us pictures for evaluation and we will get back to you with a solution as fast as possible. Please note that past the first year, shipping charges back and forth will be under the customer’s responsibility.
