LIFETIME Limited Warranty

We are proud of our local craftsmanship. Controlling each step of the production process from cutting to shipping gives us complete confidence in the high quality of our manufacturing, and we want our customers to feel the same trust.

What is covered?

This limited warranty applies to the fabric covers only due to a manufacturing defect. It is limited to defects that may arise from the intended function and use of the product as a play couch.

This limited warranty does not cover other parts of our products, including the foam insert and zippers that may arise from the intended function and use of the product as a play couch.

This limited warranty does not cover defects due to damage caused by external sources, crayons, markers, paint, or any other similar component unrelated to the product. Misuse of the product for an unintended purpose, transportation or storage of the product by the consumer, ordinary wear and tear, abuse or mishap, outdoor use, mixing the parts with parts sold by other retailers, or other causes outside Go Coconut’s control.

Should you ever find yourself in a situation where the product’s damage is not covered by this limited warranty, we will be happy to examine the damage and service your covers for a reasonable charge at our discretion. See our Repair Services by clicking here.

For how long?

Whether you are the first, second or third owners, we have you covered. This limited warranty for covers extends through the life of the product. The scope of the warranty varies depending on the age of the product (that is, since the date of purchase by the original owner) as set forth below. If the product is replaced, repaired, or resold that does not restart the clock for purposes of this limited warranty.

What’s the Warranty?

Go Coconut’s sole and exclusive responsibility for product defects and any other matters covered by this limited warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the product covers as set forth in this limited warranty.

Go Coconut does not offer or provide a warranty either implied or expressed of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated herein.

Full replacement for the first 30 days from original purchase

After unboxing your Coconut product, please run a quick inspection of your item. While problems are exceptionally rare as we inspect each Coconut mere moments before shipping them to you, a small detail could have been missed, or something might have happened during transport. In the event of a concern of any kind during the first 30 days from the original purchase date of the product from the Go Coconut website (gococonut.ca) or any of our partners’, we will replace your covers with a new one free of charge. Shipping labels will be provided for your replacement cover for you to return the damaged ones back to us. Please note that this replacement coverage does not extend to resales of the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability of inventory and may include different materials or fabric.

Repairs during the first year from original purchase

Once the first 30 days have passed from the original purchase date of your product from the Go Coconut website (gococonut.ca) or any of our partners’, issues with your covers will be repaired by our professional team of seamstresses and returned to you like new, subject to Go Coconut confirming the damage is linked to manufacturing.

After submitting your request for service, you will receive shipping labels to return the covers to us by mail. We strive to complete the repairs within 48 hours of the covers being received by Go Coconut and return them to you immediately afterwards but cannot guarantee the service time. Please note that this coverage does not extend to resales of the product. 

Repairs after the first year from original purchase

After the first year from the original purchase of your product from Go Coconut’s website or any of our partners’, should you experience manufacturing issues with your covers, please contact us. While it is normal for the likelihood of problems to increase with usage and time, we still feel confident our craftsmanship will last forever. At Go Coconut’s discretion, we will determine whether we can fix the issue presented. Please note that past the first year, shipping charges back and forth will be under the customer’s responsibility.

How to get service?

To facilitate service of your covers under this limited warranty, please contact: service@gococonut.ca and supply the following information (1) order confirmation number and date of original purchase, (2) picture of product, (3) description of the issue, (4) your name and shipping address, and (5) your preferred contact information (telephone or email). Failure to supply this information may result in a delay or inability to complete service. If your product was gifted to you by a friend or family member, please supply the buyer’s information so we may track down the order information.

Repair Shop

Accidents are meant to happen and we are here to help you face the most difficult problems. Nothing will ever surprise us, we have seen almost everything. From nail polish bottles being poured onto covers by a young Picasso enthusiast to hockey skates having sliced covers right in half, we can help you with any situation. 

Whatever the situation may be, remember we are here to help. Send us a few pictures to help us evaluate the best solution. Our customer service department (service@gococonut.ca) will be happy to provide you with an estimated cost of repair and offer solutions. While we might not charge for minor fixes, some repairs may require a repair fee and coverage of associated shipping charges.
