Just as advertised, good for kids, an adult can sit on it but it is not long enough for an adult to lay on.

We let our son have his birthday gift a couple months early and he LOVES it! He is all about climbing right now and this couch is the perfect blend of soft and firm for him to explore safely. And its versatility means he never gets bored! It is definitely supporting his gross motor development.
