Refunds
If you decide to change your mind on your purchases with Go Coconut, obtaining a refund is always an option without any hidden fees, so long as it happens prior to entering your selected date of shipping. We will respond to cancellation requests within the same delivery month on a case by case basis depending on the stage of production of your unit. You can contact us at service@gococonut.ca.
If it has been compressed, sadly we will not be able to honour a refund. In the event that your order is caught at the right time and can still be cancelled, a 5% penalty charge will be held back from your refund to cover the transaction costs for late cancellation.
Returns
If there is an issue with the product once you receive it, please get in touch! We will do our best to make it right. Our limited warranty has you covered but the product would not be refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
