Shopping Only — $5: Your 30-minute shopping window.
Shopping + Supervised Play — $10: Your 30-minute shopping window, plus your little ones get 30 minutes of supervised play at Lab de Jeu with our team. Max 2 kids per ticket. Minimum 2 years old to participate in supervised play.

A NOTE ON KIDS IN THE WAREHOUSE

For everyone's safety, kids are not permitted to walk or run around in the warehouse: it's a working space, not a play space. Little ones in carriers or strollers are always welcome with you. If you'd like your kids to play instead of wait, book Shopping + Supervised Play and they'll be looked after at Lab de Jeu while you shop.

HOW IT WORKS

This reservation fee secures your 30-minute shopping window (and supervised play, if selected)
Choose your ticket type, date, and time slot
Fee is non-refundable and not applied toward purchases
No limit on how much you can shop during your slot (Except for mystery boxes)
Rewards points cannot be earned or redeemed on warehouse sale purchases
Cash and card accepted on site
Please do not arrive more than 15 min before your slot. Slots are timed to keep the space comfortable and safe for everyone

Rules & Safety

Children are not permitted to walk or move freely in the warehouse. Only in carriers or strollers, for everyone's safety. Adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times while in the warehouse.
Socks required at all times in the Play Space (Lab de Jeu), for kids joining Supervised Play.
Your 30-minute shopping window begins at your reserved time. If you need more time, you'll need to book an additional slot.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may lose part of their shopping window, as slots run back-to-back for the next guest.
On-site team: A Go Coconut team member will be available to help you shop, answer questions, and assist with checkout.
For Supervised Play tickets, kids will remain with our Lab de Jeu team for the full 30 minutes and should be picked up promptly when your session ends.
The warehouse is a working space. Please stay in shopping areas and avoid restricted zones (marked on site).
