Game time & cancellation policy

No same-day cancellations. However, you can use this ticket to visit the Lab another time.

Safety & rules

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Socks required at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for any injuries related to lack of supervision.
On-site team: A Go Coconut team member will be available to answer questions, prep and clean the space, maintain the room.
Waiver: All guests must sign a waiver before entering the Play Space.
