Refunds and Returns
If there is an issue with your product once it has been received, please get in touch! We will do our best to make it right.
Refunds
To qualify for a full refund, your Go Coconut product must be in the same condition in which you received it. So long as the plastic roll has not been opened and the product is still compressed in its original packaging, any Go Coconut product can be returned to us for a refund, credited back to your original form of payment. Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. To facilitate a return and refund, please contact service@gococonut.ca. Please note that in processing a refund and return, shipping fees for the return of any product are the customer’s responsibility.
If the product has been opened and the foam is decompressed, putting the pieces back in a box will be impossible and therefore, your product is not returnable to Go Coconut, nor refundable. If there is an issue with your opened product, please contact our customer service at service@gococonut.ca to discuss whether another solution is available.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and should the item be defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos of the concern at service@gococonut.ca. In the first 30 days following receipt of your Go Coconut product, our Lifetime Limited Warranty[1] has you covered for a replacement for any issues with the fabric cover you may face.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellation
If you decide to change your mind on your purchase(s) with Go Coconut prior to the item being shipped to you, obtaining a full refund may be possible. Send us an email to service@gococonut.ca and we will respond to cancellation requests within two business days. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation request. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
